Agency Information

Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation notice 3-4 weeks prior to the course start date.

Cancellation:

We encourage the agency to substitute for another employee, if someone is unable to attend. No credits or refunds are permitted once the course has been confirmed.

If there is a course date change, please notify Federal Benefits Eagle Training, LLC at least 3 weeks prior.

On-Site or Virtual Courses:

There are cost savings in not having to pay for individual students to travel when courses are held on-site or virtually. We will provide the laptop and PowerPoints and virtual platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. If the training will be held on-site at the agency, we will need to be provided a projector, screen, flip chart, & microphone (if needed).

Virtual experience

Has been well embraced as a training option and convenience. Our company uses Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. By using this training platform, the course will be at a base price including training material, and no instructor travel cost will be included which is a tremendous savings.

Plus 30:

If there will be more than 30 participants, the course per employee will be reduced.
