The course, materials, instructor's fee, travel, lodging and per diem, are all a part of the cost, and arrangement are made accordingly. Therefore, there are no refunds. We suggest that the agency have a stand by list for those who are unable to attend to fill that space (s) with employees that were on a waiting list. Or, to fill behind those spots with participants who would now be able to attend.
